While attitudes about women working have evolved considerably, social pressure on men to be breadwinners is still strong...So men are responsible for supporting themselves, but women are not. That’s fine with me, but it doesn’t fit with our laws designed to promote women’s careers through affirmative action and education subsidies. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. But don’t bother trying to tell that to a woman. They’re not capable of understanding basic logic.
